This is education, not medical care

Sweet Enough: The Foundation is an educational course. I'm a Board Certified Health Coach, qualified with CNM London, and a Root Cause Protocol Consultant. I am not a doctor, and nothing in this course is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Nothing here replaces the care of your own doctor or another qualified medical professional.

Please talk to your doctor first

Speak to your doctor before you start this or any protocol, and especially if you take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, are being treated for a health condition, or have any history of kidney, liver or heart problems. If you're already under medical care, keep your doctor informed about anything you change.

About the Root Cause Protocol

The Root Cause Protocol was developed by Morley Robbins. It is his work and it is credited to him throughout this course. The protocol is included in full and I don't cherry-pick it. The RCP Institute publishes the complete handbook and a library of free resources at therootcauseprotocol.com, and they're worth reading alongside this course. The Root Cause Protocol is not medical advice either, and the RCP Institute is not responsible for the way this course is taught.

No promises about results

Every body, every history and every starting point is different. I can't promise you will lose weight, gain energy, resolve symptoms or reach any particular outcome, and I won't pretend otherwise. What I can tell you is what I teach, why I teach it, and what I have seen. What your body does with it is yours.

Testing

Any testing mentioned in this course is for your own information and for your own conversations with your doctor. This course does not teach you to interpret your own blood or hair results, and it does not diagnose anything.

Food and supplements

Food, minerals and supplements affect people differently. Start low, go slow, and stop anything that doesn't suit you. If you have a known allergy or intolerance, check every label yourself. Supplements mentioned here are not regulated as medicines and have not been evaluated by any medical or food safety authority as a treatment for any condition.

In an emergency

If you think you are having a medical emergency, call your local emergency number or go to your nearest emergency department. Do not wait, and do not contact me or use this course instead.

Your responsibility

By taking part in this course you accept that you are responsible for your own health decisions, and that I am not liable for any loss, injury or harm arising from the use of this material.
