Sweet Enough: The Foundation
Thirteen weeks, self-guided, for people over 40,

who plan to make the 2nd half the good half

Nourish, don't punish. It isn't a longer list of things to do. It's the right order to do them in.

£695, or three payments of £245.

The founding group access closes on

Sunday 13th September.

For a few months, a long time ago now, I worked as a carer.

I'd trained as a chef before that. I'd been a nanny and a waitress in the USA at nineteen, an aerobics instructor for six years in Qatar, and much later a fund distributor covering the Caribbean. I restored mid-century furniture for five years and sold it across Europe. I raised three children through all of it. My CV has never made much sense on paper, and I've stopped apologising for it.

But it was those few months as a carer that changed the direction of my life.

Because almost all of them had done exactly what they were told.

They'd taken the pills. They'd followed the advice. They'd trusted the system completely, for forty or fifty years. And they were miserable and hurting, and many of them were disabled by conditions everyone around them called "inevitable". Their metabolisms were wrecked. Some of them no longer knew who I was from one morning to the next.

They hadn't failed at anything. They'd complied.

I knew then that I didn't want that ending. And I knew I didn't want it for anybody I ever cared about.

In 1914 Ernest Shackleton needed a crew for Antarctica, and the ad he ran promised bitter cold, long months of darkness, small wages and a doubtful safe return. He needed twenty-eight men. Five thousand applied.

It's the most honest piece of marketing ever written, and it worked precisely because it was honest.

So here's mine:

Wanted: people over 40 who plan to make the second half the good half.

Not people who think that's unrealistic.

Thirteen weeks, self-guided, at your own pace. You'll eat liver. You'll take a spoonful of oil every day and keep it in the fridge.

You'll put your face in the morning sun before you touch your phone. You'll stand under cold water for thirty seconds and you won't enjoy it. You may never enjoy it.

You'll stop several things you've been told for years are good for you, and you'll stop some things you love and thought you could never live without.

There is homework every single week. Nobody is going to ring you up and check.

It's so simple a child could do it. But it is not easy.

Those two words are not the same, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling you something.

5-Star Rating

"Emma was wonderful to work with. She was patient, an excellent listener, and above all someone who seemed to care about me and my specific health needs. Working with Emma allowed me to identify aspects of my own health I had not considered before. It has given me confidence in myself and allowed me to feel better and healthier."

MJ

5-Star Rating

"I have never felt better! Emma's expertise in natural health and her supportive coaching style are unparalleled."

Mark T

5-Star Rating

"When I first started my journey, I felt hopeless after trying countless diets and exercise plans pretty much for my whole life. Emma's approach was just so different. She took the time to understand my needs and came up with a plan that was sustainable and enjoyable. I no longer feel controlled by my cravings, and my energy levels are through the roof."

£695 Paid In Full
or three monthly payments of £245

Card payments can be made in any currency and your provider will work out the exchange rate.

There's no launch discount, and there won't be a sale later either. I'd rather set an honest price once than knock money off and make the people who trusted me first feel like fools for it.

For comparison, and I'm only telling you this so you can weigh it properly: working with me one to one is £2,775. This is the same thinking, the same protocol and the same order of work, done at your own pace instead of sitting in my calendar.

What you get for being first

This is the first time I've taught this as a course instead of one to one, and the people who come in on this intake are the ones who'll shape it. So there are two things you get for being first, and they're only for this intake.

An extra live session with me.

Founding group only, on top of the fortnightly ones. Bring anything you like.

Your test analysis at the founding rate.

If you'd like my eyes on your actual blood and hair results, that's normally £180. For this intake it's £130, and it's yours to use any time in your first year.

This one is completely optional and I want to be clear about that. The Foundation is complete without it, and you don't need anyone to interpret a test to do the work in these thirteen weeks. It's there if you've already had tests done and would like a second pair of eyes, not because you need one.

Both of these close on Sunday 13 September and they don't come back.

The Dates

Doors are now open!
Founding group closes:

Sunday 13 September
Week 1 opens:

Monday 14 September
Final week:

The week before Christmas

Come in today rather than next week. The Introduction module opens the moment you sign up, so you can start clearing the ground while everyone else is still buying their salt. Every day you wait is a day of head start you don't get back. Week 1 then opens for all of us together on the fourteenth.

You didn't fail. You complied.

Problem 1

You did what you were told. You ate less, moved more, followed the advice, took the pills. And you're still tired, still inflamed, still not yourself.

Problem 2

Nobody told you the order. There's no shortage of information. There's a shortage of sequence: what to do first, what to do next, what to leave alone until you're ready.

Problem 3

You were given rules, not reasons. So the moment life got complicated, the rules went out of the window. Understanding survives a bad week. Rules don't.

Introducing Sweet Enough: The Foundation

Thirteen weeks. In order. On purpose.

Solution 1

The order, handed to you.

Thirteen weeks, released one at a time, so you absorb each piece before the next lands. Two or three actions a week. Never a list of twenty.

Solution 3

The why behind every step.

A video lesson, a deep dive, a one-page cheat sheet and homework every week. I explain everything, because I'd rather you argued with me than obeyed me.

Solution 2

You're not doing it alone.

Live group sessions with me, fortnightly through your thirteen weeks. Bring anything.

(Recorded

in case you

can´t make it. )

This was me; 5 years ago....

These were by no means my worst pictures, (because those were always deleted!) as I never wanted anybody to see what I actually looked like. I hated my body. It felt like it always let me down, when in fact it was the opposite. I was the one letting myself down.

Then I changed everything. My inflammation went. My aching joints went. The gut issues that had dogged me for a decade went. I got my body back, my "happy" back, and my life back.

This is what happened to me. I'm not promising it'll happen to you, and this isn't a weight-loss course.

But I'm not asking you to do anything I haven't done myself.

  • In my early fifties I felt frumpy, washed up, bloated and generally awful.

  • I was embarrassed about how I looked, and I felt dreadful too.

  • What changed it wasn't a diet, a detox, or a fortnight of misery. It was food, light, sleep, minerals, and the stress work underneath all of it, done in the right order.

  • That's what I'm going to teach you. Not what happened to my body, but what I actually did, and the reason behind every piece of it.

  • What it does for you, I can't promise. What I can promise is that you'll understand every single step.

Meet Emma

Meet Your Instructor

I'm Emma Voysey. I'm a Board Certified Health Coach, trained with the College of Naturopathic Medicine and registered with the ANP and UKIHCA, and I´m a certified Root Cause Protocol Consultant, trained through the RCP Institute in 2026 with Morley Robbins.

I live in Andorra, in the Pyrenees, with my husband, our Jack Russell Mikey and two cats. I walk in the mountains most days, I film a lot of it, and I bring people along with me.

I've coached over 150 people in two years and published more than 600 free videos to a YouTube channel of 96,000 subscribers. I didn't come to this through university. I came through living, and then through training formally, because if I'm going to tell people to question everything, I'd better hold myself to the same standard.

Meet Your Instructor

Who Is This Course For?

If you've been watching for a while

If you've listened through one of my videos and thought, right, I need to look into that properly.

If you've wanted to work with me one to one and the price was out of reach.

Or the timing was wrong.

Or life simply wasn't arranged in a way that allowed it, just then.

You’re tired of feeling bloated, foggy, or just not yourself

If you'd rather not do this entirely on your own, and the idea of a room full of people asking the questions you were too embarrassed to ask, comes as a relief.

You´d like to listen in to a group but you´d never have the nerve to actually speak; that´s OK too! You can tune in without ever taking part. Or even introducing yourself. This is designed to fit you, not another thing you have to try to fit in to.

You’re ready to rebuild your energy, strength, and body confidence

You’re willing to change your habits to take control of your health

And you're the sort of person who can follow an instruction without being chased, but who needs to understand it first.

You want to know why.

You want to know how.

You want to know how much, and when.

Then this is the one I built for you.

I can't be in your kitchen.

But I can give you the order, the reasoning and the reason behind the reasoning, and I'll be there every fortnight to answer whatever it threw up.

Who is this course NOT For?

If you want somebody to tell you what to eat on Tuesday, this isn't it.

If you want a plan you can follow without understanding it, this isn't it either, because I explain everything and I'd rather you argued with me than obeyed me.

And if you're looking for easy, please don't. I've published over 600 free videos explaining all of this.

Every one of those is free and they always will be. Go and watch them instead. I'd far rather you did that than pay me for something you're not ready to do.

The Foundation is for people who'd rather not spend the next two years piecing it all together.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I join after the founding group closes?

Yes, and you'll be so welcome. The Foundation is self-guided, so there's no cohort to miss and no catching up to do. You start at Week 1 on the day you join, and it releases weekly from there.

The live sessions are open to you from your very first week, whatever week you're on.

Nobody has to sit quietly at the back because they've only just started. Half the value of those sessions is hearing the questions from people three months ahead of you, and the other half is being the person asking them. Your live session access runs for your thirteen weeks, the same as everybody else's, so the sessions stay small enough for me to actually answer you.

Everybody keeps the course. Once it's yours it's yours, including every update I ever add, and I'll never take the materials away from you six months later. I think that practice is a con and I won't do it.

What you can't get later is the founding group: the extra live session with me, and the test analysis at £130 instead of £180. Those close on Sunday 13 September and they don't come back.

Why can't I unlock it all at once?

Because the people who unlock everything at once tend to read none of it. One week at a time is deliberate. It's designed to be lived, not skimmed. If bingeing a course is what you're after, this isn't the one.

What does "self-guided" actually mean?

It means the teaching is recorded and yours to work through at your own pace, and nobody is chasing you. It doesn't mean you're on your own. I'm in the live sessions fortnightly and you can bring anything to them.

How much time will this take each week?

The video and the reading are under an hour. The doing is the part that takes real time in the first few weeks, mostly because your shopping and your kitchen change. By about Week 3 it stops feeling like a project and starts feeling like how you eat.

I'm vegetarian. Can I do this?

Parts of it, but not all of it, and I'd rather tell you that now than take your money. Liver, oily fish and animal fats do a lot of the heavy lifting in the first half of the course. If you're vegetarian and want to talk it through before you decide, email me.

Do I have to buy a lot of supplements?

Less than you think, and never all at once. Food comes first throughout, and the supplements that do appear are introduced one at a time, so you always know what's doing what. The shopping lists tell you exactly what to look for in your own country.

What if it isn't for me?

Your 7 days start on the day your Week 1 opens, not the day you pay. If you've worked through Week 1 and it isn't for you, email me within those 7 days and I'll refund you in full. No form, no exit survey, and I won't ask you to justify it.

Can I upgrade to working with you one to one?

Yes, whenever you like, and there's no pressure to. They're different products, not two sizes of the same one.

Is this the Root Cause Protocol?

The Foundation includes the first phase of the Root Cause Protocol, taught as the protocol intends and clearly marked wherever it appears. My own food and lifestyle teaching sits alongside it and is separate from it, and I mark which is which throughout. The RCP was developed by Morley Robbins and its free resources are at therootcauseprotocol.com. This course isn't a substitute for reading them, and I'll point you at them.

Is this medical advice?

No. Nothing in this course is medical advice, and nor is the Root Cause Protocol. Please check with your doctor before starting this or any protocol, particularly if you take prescribed medication.

What if I fall behind?

You can't, in any way that matters. It's your course and your pace. The weeks unlock on a schedule, but nothing locks again.
